What unpleasant public behaviour irritates you?

Public behavior is anything that is heard, seen or witnessed by other people in a public place. How one behaves is based on the rules, beliefs and values that are also key concepts of that person’s character.

WORST SLEEPLESS NIGHT EVER

In a country that’s supposedly the giant of Africa? What a mismatch and a total abuse of the word “giant”. Could I be in the right place or I am just a wanderer wandering about? How can a people cope in this diminutive, prison-like environment; I bet most prison facilities are far better than these horrific sights and crawling blood sucking invested bunkers.
I wonder how I got here in the first place. I guessed I brought this experience upon myself. This is unarguably the worst experience of a sleepless I have had in my years of existence. I was practically awake hoping that morning will come or hear the cock crow or something. This is 02:51am Nigerian time and I have had to discontinue my sleep because of the dilapidated and inhumane hostel facility paraded by our federal institutions.
How can students live and read in this atmosphere? God, what has happened to us as a human? Could this be blame on the government who have succeeded in thinking they are doing the masses a favour by creating substandard and underfunded schools or the students who have refused to imbibe a healthy maintenance and proper hygiene culture and lacks the united voice to ask for what’s their right? The sight of the hostel disgust me and almost made me want to vomit.
How can human do this to themselves? How soon we forget who we are at the seeming rise to power or possession of a meagre wealth. Oh, Lord, save this nation from herself.
Having applied for a youth leadership academy and gone through series of tests to be finally selected as a participant, I eventually got the confirmation mail and was asked to resume camp the following day. I was happy and elated not only at the news of being selected among the numerous applicants but also because the camp is billed to take place at a federal institution. My first-time public school experience, so I was excited and happy at that one single fact. I had always wanted to see what it looks like even though I wasn’t expecting a four-star hostel, I was at least looking forward to something decent. Lo and behold, what met my eyes were something I couldn’t comprehend. Hmmn, I promise to continue this piece with picture evidence and more write ups.

I woke up today with so much on my mind. Instill have a lot of things unattended to. But what kept strucking me was ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY. I had lots of things to account for and I was getting disrurbed. But I just decided to let everything take its course. I decided to brace up and address the mind bugging issue that has kept me awake all through yesterday night.
I was determined to be accountable and not mince words or try to save face by fabricating lies. I had always believed that things have a way of sorting themselves out. I did the little I could by calling those I knew I had to give one or two accounts. Even though it was coming late. I came out straight and open. I was determined to be free.
It is always very hard to be so determine to the needful. Things have a way of taking their natural course.
And now I'm free of the burden. Say things the way they are. That's the beauty of his our world. I am free at last.

inspiration: Sometimes you do not necessarily have to be the be...: Sometimes you do not necessarily have to be the best, you just have to be the one that be himself. Dont try to be anybody. Your true nature...
Sometimes you do not necessarily have to be the best, you just have to be the one that be himself. Dont try to be anybody. Your true nature has a way of working perfectly for you. Never ever feel inferior no matter the circumstances.
This has always work for me. I set my time and i work at the pace i can cope with. If you let other people decide your time for you, you will only be trying to meet up to them but never to be yourself and enjoy what you do.
The greatest reward you can ever get is to know that you enjoy what you do. Thank you.
These are lessons i learnt today.
